These Terms govern your use of https://conlero.com and the CONLERO customer-care SMS program operated by CONLERO LLC (“CONLERO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Website and Service Requests
Use our website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent requests, introduce malicious code or interfere with website security.
CONLERO provides residential insulation services. Submitting a form does not guarantee an appointment or create a contract for insulation work. Appointments require confirmation. Estimates, scope of work, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and warranties are addressed in the applicable written service agreement.
Scheduling is subject to availability, property conditions, weather and other operational factors.
2. CONLERO Customer-Care SMS Program
Program name: CONLERO Customer Care & Appointment Updates.
Message types: With your consent, CONLERO may send responses to service inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling updates, service notifications, project coordination and customer-support messages. This program does not include marketing or promotional messages.
Consent: You join by affirmatively opting in through our website checkbox or another consent method that explains the program. Providing a telephone number or accepting general website terms alone does not enroll you. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or submitting a service request.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, service needs and interactions with CONLERO.
Charges: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again and provide the required consent.

3. Communication Preferences
Provide a number you are authorized to use and notify us if it changes.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel an inspection, appointment or service agreement. Contact us by phone or email to change or cancel services or obtain support without SMS.
4. Website Content and Third-Party Links
Website content is provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Website materials belong to CONLERO or are used with authorization. Reuse is subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.
External websites and services have their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by applicable Florida and federal law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Project-specific obligations and warranties are governed by the applicable written service agreement and law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms or modify the SMS program subject to applicable law and carrier requirements. Revised Terms will show an updated date. Changes do not expand your SMS consent; additional consent will be obtained when required.
